  • Do you provide real estate inspections?

    Yes! Sewer and Pipeline offers sewer inspection reports for real estate.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    We are licensed, insured, and bonded with the city of Los Angeles with A-License C42 and C36.

  • How long does it take for a residential home sewer repair service to be completed?

    Standard home sewer repairs take about a week to complete, from the date of excavation to the date of resurfacing. Keep in mind that different variables can cause the turnaround time to change. Contact us to learn more!

  • Do you offer warranties?

  • Are there reinvestment or refund programs through the city for excavation work?

  • As a homeowner, what are some signs that I would need a sewer liner installed or maintenance is needed?

    Sewer lines typically last around 50 years. If you smell sewage in your sinks or bath, contact us!

  • I am a new home owner, what plumbing aspects and services should I look out for?

    Camera inspection and sewer inspection as part of the buying process. However, after 1 or 2 years, we recommend a check up to see how the foundational pipes and sewers hold up so that you can have an idea of durability and frequency of checkups needed moving forward.

  • How can I determine the access points in my house for any plumbing work?

    Toilets, roof, kitchen lines are usually the point of access. Secondary lines are 2-3 inches in diameter or as big as 4-6 inches and can be accessed through these points.

  • I have multiple drains that are slow. What is going on?

    This could be an issue with multiple different main lines. Contact for more info and an inspection to confirm! Subject to discounts for 2nd or more drains to be cleared.

  • Oops! I am trying to work on my own plumbing myself. What are some common mistakes that you see?

    Most common mistake when outsourcing or trying to service a plumbing work is the excavation process. Often times, pipes will get damaged and cause further work needed. Sometimes, the excavation hole is not big enough and we would have to go and redo the work as well. Look for a 3 ft by 3 ft or beyond for deeper excavation needed. Call for advice or a consultation as well!
